Two houses top $1M in weekly sales report

The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 28 was $1,550,000 for a 6,068-square-foot house on seven acres south of Spring Creek Golf Course.
A second house in northeast Sioux Falls with a separate two-story office building and third building housing a showroom garage sold for $1.3 million.
