The Tyler Goff Group of Hegg Realtors is moving to its own new home.

The real estate team will move into the former Van Buskirk Cos. office at 5800 S. Remington Place near 69th Street and Western Avenue.

Goff is moving from an office near 26th Street and Cleveland Avenue, next to the Hegg Realtors main office. Hegg is building a new office on South Minnesota Avenue south of 69th Street.

“Our team has seen significant growth over the past couple years, and we are continuing to expand by adding new agents every year. This was the logical next step,” Goff said. “We look forward to having a prominent office location on such a busy corridor, and we love the idea that we will be in close proximity to the new Hegg Realtors building. It’s also convenient to have three title companies within a quarter mile.”

Van Buskirk Cos. is moving to a new office building at Lake Lorraine, which it is helping develop.

“The move for Tyler and his team to the former Van Buskirk offices is perfect,” said Ryan Tysdal of Van Buskirk, who brokered the deal. “The space is built out for their needs and was already home to a successful real estate company. There have been a lot of deals done in those VBC offices — and many more deals in the future with Tyler’s team.”
