Health Quest by Sanford, offering new exhibits focused on health and wellness, has opened at the Washington Pavilion.
The hands-on, interactive exhibits include a life-sized ambulance and a 21-foot model of a human body with supersized organs as well as an infant and toddler space.
“At Sanford Health, we are dedicated to the work of health and healing,” said Paul Hanson, executive vice president of Sanford in the Sioux Falls region.
“What better way to start a healthy lifestyle than with interactive and educational exhibits for children? That’s exactly what we have here with Health Quest by Sanford Health.”
Health Quest by Sanford is open to the public with daily admission rates to the Kirby Science Discovery Center. It complements the fourth-floor Fit Zone, which is also sponsored by Sanford.
“We are very excited about this entire floor full of incredible new exhibits,” said Darrin Smith, Washington Pavilion president and CEO. “This is something that Sioux Falls has never seen before, and we know kids and parents alike are going to love it.”
