Willow Run opens for one day only: For now

The weather is finally cooperating — at least for a day — and golfers who want to take advantage of it can head out to Willow Run Golf Course.
The course will be open for on-foot golfers Friday, beginning at 10 a.m.
The driving range will remain closed.
There will be limited food and beverage service available, and The Willows restaurant will open at 4 p.m. for happy hour and dinner.
Pro shop hours will be 10 a.m. until dark.
The course will be closed Saturday and reopen for the season as soon as weather allows.
