Wine Time on Main will open Nov. 9 at Washington Square.

“Construction is 99 percent done,” owner Bob Novak said. “It is truly what I envisioned.”

The finishing touch is a mural being painted by Kevin Liberko that will re-create a Paul Schiller photograph.

Novak also is done narrowing an extensive wine list, which will offer about 180 wines by the glass. That’s possible using a tool called a Coravin to pour wine from a bottle without causing oxidation.

Hours will be 3 to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 to 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday.

“Although if something is going on late at the Pavilion we’ll stay open later,” Novak said.

“And while we’re always accepting applications, we’re staffed up and ready to go.”
