Maguire Iron adds Southern headquarters in Texas

Sioux Falls-based Maguire Iron has opened a new facility in Texas that will serve as the company’s Southern headquarters.
It’s located on 6 acres in Crawford and will serve Texas and surrounding states.
“The Maguire companies are experiencing exponential growth in our Southern territories,” CEO Gene Jones Jr. said in a statement. “This new facility in Texas will continue to position Maguire Iron to deliver our best-in-industry service to our customers.”
The location has been in planning for the past few years. Maguire Iron has been completing water tank work in Texas since 2001 and has been in the water tank industry since 1915.
“Texas is a great state to do business in,” Jones said. “Our sales team, management and field crews are perfectly positioned to continue to grow our customer base in the South.”
About 10 employees will be based there to start, with plans to grow the team.
“It is exciting to see the enthusiasm of our team members for this new facility,” president Scott Jones said. “It will allow us to better deliver the experience our customers have come to expect of us for over 100 years.”
